Soniq Projects is a project portfolio command center for indie developers, small teams, agencies, and founders who juggle apps, websites, SaaS products, hardware, research, and business ideas at the same time. Each build gets a clear lifecycle — summary, type, status, priority, launch targets, domains, custom fields — plus milestones, nested tasks, file attachments, and per-project team access.
You get a private workspace (your data stays in your instance), a shared live demo to explore first, and exports when you need a brief or backup. No. Each workspace stores portfolio data as JSON files (plus uploaded attachments) on the server — no MySQL, PostgreSQL, or external database required. That keeps provisioning simple, makes backups straightforward, and means your data lives in files you can export.
The shared demo at soniqprojects.com/C/demo/ is a sample workspace with pre-loaded projects, tasks, and custom fields so you can click through real screens. It resets on a schedule so visitors always see a clean portfolio. Demo login credentials appear only on the demo sign-in page — not on the marketing homepage. Do not store private or sensitive information in the demo.
A paid subscription gives you your own isolated workspace at soniqprojects.com/C/your-code/. The current monthly price is shown on the homepage Pricing section and the subscribe page. Billing runs through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal; access stays active while the subscription is paid.
You choose a workspace code and admin username, then complete checkout on Stripe. After payment, Soniq Projects provisions your private instance automatically and shows one-time sign-in details on the success page. From then on you sign in with your workspace code at the Sign In page, then your admin credentials inside the workspace.
Yes. You can import Soniq JSON exports, Soniq Markdown exports, or legacy checklist markdown. There is also an AI-assisted import path (Gemini) that helps turn unstructured notes into structured projects with milestones and tasks. Exports include JSON, CSV, Markdown, and AI coding-prompt formats for handoff to tools or teammates.
Paid customer workspaces are isolated: your JSON data and uploads live under your /C/your-code/ directory and are not mixed with other customers. Platform updates replace application code from a central core template and do not overwrite your data folder. The public demo is shared — treat it as temporary sample content only. See the Privacy Policy for how billing email and account data are handled.
